Booking and Cancellation Policy


NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary forms if you have not done so already.

There will be no refunds on discounted packages.


ONLINE BOOKINGS

Credit cards will not be charged online prior to your appointment. All transactions are done at our reception. However “no shows/missed appointments” will be charged as per our policy.


CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you – and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system which will record time of message.


NO SHOW POLICY

Failure to show up for an appointment will result in payment in full for the missed appointment.


LATE POLICY

If you arrive late for a scheduled  appointment, you are entitled to the remaining time allocated to the appointment you will however be charged for the full duration of the scheduled appointment.
