MASSAGE THERAPY
Monica McCarron, Bsc. (Hons), Dip. Ac.,C.D.T.,C.C.T.,R.M.T.
Monica started her healthcare career in the U.K. working in various N.H.S. hospitals and private nursing homes, especially with people with learning disabilities. In Canada Monica went back to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (C.M.T.O.) after recieving her diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Monica went on to become a Certified Decongestive Therpist (CDT) with the Vodder School of North America and has obtained her diploma in Acupuncture and is Certified in Firstline Therapy as a Lifestyle Educator and Firstline Health Practitioner , she is also certified in Kinesiotaping I, II and III.
Fion Lai, R.M.T.
A graduate of the Canadian College and Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH), and a member in good standing with the College of Massage therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Fion specializes in deep tissue and relaxation massage and remedial exercises.
NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE
Natalie Cheng-Kai-On, Bsc., N.D.

Natalie Cheng-Kai-On received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto in 1998, then worked several years before enrolling in the Naturopathic Doctor program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. During her clinical year at CCNM, Natalie practiced at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, Anishnawbe Health Toronto, and Mountainside Neighbourhood Wellness Centre. She also completed a summer internship at Whipps Cross University Hospital in London, England, where she was the lead investigator on a study surveying the use of complementary medicine in the Chest Clinic. The abstract was presented at the Winter Meeting of the British Thoracic Society in 2005. Natalie is a licensed Naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist and she is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors (APND) and Certified FirstLine Therapy Health Practitioner.
Natalie is available Tuesday: 9.00 a.m to 12 noon, Thursday: 3.00 pm. to 6.00 p.m. and Saturday: 9.00 a.m to 12 noon

Dr. Praminder Brar MBBS, N.D.

Dr. Brar is a graduate of medicine and also a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Dr. Brar specializes in clinical nutrition, acupuncture, Pain management , Allergy and injection therapy with focus on Women and men’s health, digestive disorders, cardiovascular health and chronic diseases including Autoimmune diseases, Arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome and Fibromyalgia.
Dr Brar, is available at the moment on Wednesdays between 10.00 a.m and 1.30 p.m

Monica studied Colon Hydrotherapy with one of North America’s foremost Colon Hydrotherapy instructors Janet Budgell, who operates the Canadian Health and Healing Centre and Savannah Wellness Retreat. Monica is passionate about her work and works in collaboration with other healthcare practitioners to ensure optimal healthcare for all her clients.
